EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

At Mush, our commitment is to ensure the satisfaction of our customers by providing an excellent shopping experience. We understand that sometimes you may change your mind after purchasing a piece of clothing. To this end, we have an exchange and return policy for regret that aims to guarantee your peace of mind.

Term and Conditions

• Deadline: You have up to 14 days from the date of purchase to request an exchange or return due to regret.
• Conditions: The item must be in perfect condition, with no signs of use, washing or damage. The original label must be intact and affixed to the item.

How to Request

If you wish to exchange or return a product due to regret, please contact our customer service via email contato@mushland.com.br or Direct on Instagram (@mushland). Our team is on hand to help and provide all the necessary information. You will need to provide your order number, the reason for the exchange or return and details about the item of clothing.

Available Options

After accepting the request, you will have two options:

• Exchange: Choose another product available in stock. Our team will help you select the new part.
• Refund: The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used in the original purchase, with a processing time of up to 7 business days.

Return Method

Once the return request is approved, you will receive a reverse logistics code at no additional cost, sent to the registered email. The deadline for sending the part back is up to 5 calendar days after receiving the code. The item must be sent to a Post Office, properly packaged to avoid damage during transport.

Exceptions

Some items, such as sale items, may not be eligible for exchange or return due to regret. Please see the detailed exceptions on our website or contact our customer service for more information.
